We post all products 1st class with Royal Mail. Postage costs include packaging.

CANCEL MY ORDER ​​
Unfortunately we cannot refund orders as all products are made to order.
If you have purchased a one-off pre-made piece and no longer wish to recieve it, then please use the contact us page - we can issue a refund.

NO RETURNS CAN BE MADE ONCE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED. Exceptions for faulty pieces - but please understand as these products are handmade there will be slight imperfections.
